Nick Saban named one of 'World's Greatest Leaders' by Fortune

Coach Saban speaking after Alabama's national championship win

Alabama Crimson Tide Head Coach Nick Saban has clinched a spot on Forbes' annual list of the "World's Greatest Leaders" after the team's recent national championship win.

Forbes places Saban at No. 12, ranking the highest out of other sports figures who made the list, like renowned U.S. tennis player Serena Williams (No. 15) and "The Gymnasts and Their Allies" (No. 22), who worked to put a stop to abuse by Michigan sports doctor Larry Nassar.

This isn't Saban's first time on the Forbes list. He reached the No. 11 spot after Alabama's fourth national championship win in 2016.
